Payout terms: W-9 required. We issue a 1099-NEC annually. Payouts are sent within 10 business days after client payment clears. Referral fees apply to labor only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Can crew or marina staff participate?
Yes, provided participation complies with employer policies. If not, we can apply an equivalent credit to the client or a charity you choose.
