Exterior Detailing
More than a wash—a complete exterior reset
Professional hand detailing with premium products. From foam wash to final inspection, every surface is touched by hand.
The difference between a basic wash and professional detailing is dramatic: one maintains, the other transforms.
While typical boat washes use harsh brushes, recycled water, and aggressive chemicals that create micro-scratches, our exterior detailing treats your yacht's finish with the same care as a luxury car. Every surface is touched by hand, using premium products specifically formulated for marine gelcoat and clear coat finishes.

How is this different from a basic wash?
Basic washes use brushes and harsh chemicals that can damage finishes. Our detailing uses hand mitts, pH-neutral products, and professional techniques that protect your gelcoat while delivering superior cleaning results.
How long does exterior detailing take?
Most 40-50 foot yachts take 4-6 hours. Larger yachts or boats with heavy soiling may require a full day. We'll provide time estimates when we assess your yacht.
Can you detail in my slip or do I need to haul out?
We detail at your slip, mooring, or dock. No haul-out required. We bring all equipment, water, and supplies to you.
How often should I have my yacht detailed?
For South Florida boats, we recommend professional detailing monthly or bi-monthly, depending on usage and exposure. Between professional details, simple rinses help maintain the finish.
Will detailing remove oxidation or scratches?
Light oxidation and very minor scratches can improve with aggressive detailing, but significant damage requires gelcoat correction. We'll honestly assess what's needed during the estimate.
Do you work around weather?
We reschedule for rain or high winds. Ideal conditions are overcast days with low wind—this prevents water spots and allows cleaners to work properly.
