What's the minimum commitment?
No long-term contract required. Most clients stay on monthly programs for years because they see the value, but you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What if I'm not satisfied with a wash?
We'll come back and re-wash at no charge. Client satisfaction is our priority—if you're not happy, we're not happy.
Can I pause service if I'm traveling or the boat is in the yard?
Absolutely. Just give us notice and we'll pause your service. No charge for skipped months, and you retain your pricing when you resume.
Do you work around my schedule?
Yes. We coordinate with your usage schedule. If you prefer morning, afternoon, or specific days, we'll accommodate whenever possible.
Is the monthly program cheaper than individual washes?
Yes. Monthly program pricing is typically 15-25% lower per wash than one-time service pricing. Plus you get priority scheduling and locked rates.
Can I upgrade to bi-weekly or weekly service?
Definitely. Many of our clients on monthly programs upgrade to bi-weekly during high-use seasons. We'll adjust your schedule and pricing accordingly.
